One-on-one personal training and health coaching is our speciality and is our most popular service. Using cutting edge techniques, we identify your goals and provide relevant educated advice. We look at all aspects of your health and examine areas where improvements can be made. We offer progressive programming packed full of training tips that will last you a lifetime. We believe that all exercise should be mindful, respectful of the body and inline with your body's current capabilities. Less can often be more, and results take time. Quick fixes are not sustainable and we do not subscribe to short-term agendas. Our highly qualified trainers offer quality fitness. Did I mention we love boxing?

Our sessions are typically 45 minutes long, which we believe is the most efficient length of time to maximize results in a focused and effective way.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge for missed session.  Purchased personal training, MAT and class packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be shared. Expire dates vary depending upon the size of the package.
