We are leading providers of online personal training locally and now, through technology, more broadly to people across the city and beyond. Still, what matters most to us is community — a group of people seeking out the highest quality fitness and lifestyle coaching available. What we have learned is that community comes in many forms and can be experienced just as richly through online training as it is through in-studio training.

We have also learned that it is not enough to be current — we need to be ahead of the game, anticipating the next challenge by delivering the easiest to use but most efficient training possible. Our expertise is in devising and delivering individualized, pre-planned personal training and lifestyle coaching. We deliver these services in-person and online through both Zoom sessions and app-based, habit-based coaching.

Chas

Owner Chas has been a personal health coach for over a decade and was involved in sport coaching for many years prior to that. In aggregate, Chas’s career has spanned over 13,000 hours of one-on-one coaching.

A tireless champion of education, Chas has over 35 certifications and is always looking to update his knowledge. He believes in raising standards and is intent on moving the personal training industry forward.

Chas specializes in nutritional counselling and lifestyle coaching using skills obtained via Precision Nutrition at Levels 1 & 2, and is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach (CHWC) through Wellcoaches. He also has a deep understanding of exercise biomechanics as determined by RTS 1, 2 & 3. He has completed the Bone Fit Clinical workshop, has been designated by Osteoporosis Canada as a Bone Fit trainer, and holds a Certificate in Motivational Interviewing from York University. Chas’s advanced knowledge allows him to mix disciplines to create individualized sessions for clients.

In his spare time he listens to Steely Dan, The Beatles, and Northern Soul; looks after his nipper; and follows his beloved Leeds United FC.

Pam is a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and she holds a Diploma in Health and Fitness. Pam loves to share and coach what she's passionate about: being stronger, fitter and healthier. Her mission is to encourage women to do the same as they step into their mid-life. She firmly believes a dedicated and personalised fitness program can support women through this transition; strengthening their bodies, feeling energized and positive, and boosting all round confidence in themselves. Pam offers online training to clients over Zoom, Skype or FaceTime. If you want an effective workout but cannot make it to the studio, ask for Pam.
