How do I know which class is right for me?
All of our classes are designed with all fitness levels in mind. Our participants range from beginners to veterans and we are able to make each exercise appropriately challenging for you! Of course, you can always drop us an e-mail, call or stop by to ask as well and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
How do I purchase classes or personal training?
Classes and personal training packages can be purchased with a credit card online via the Client Login page. Once signed in you can choose the "Online Store" tab. You will see a drop-down menu which will allow you to choose the service you want. You may also purchase the session in-store with cash or a check. Keep in mind that we don't keep cash in store so please bring correct change! All prices are subject to HST. Training packages are non refundable .
How do I sign up for classes?
Only once you have purchased classes will you be able to sign up for the specific classes that you want to attend. Sign on via the Client Login page and choose the "Classes" tab. This will bring you to a class schedule which you can view by day or week. Wave your mouse over the name of the class to see a description. Click the "Sign Up" button to register yourself for the class.
When you purchase a package of classes, that package can be used for any of the classes listed on the Class Schedule. For example, if you purchase a package of 20 classes you can pick and choose which classes you would like to attend. You may only want to sign up for one particular class - and you can do that! Or maybe you want to try out a variety of classes - that's fine, too!
How much do the classes cost?
$180 - 10 Class Pass ($18/class) - Expires in 3 months
$320 - 20 Class Pass ($16/class) - Expires in 5 months
$420 - 30 Class Pass ($14/class) - Expires in 6 months
$520 - 40 Class Pass ($13/class) - Expires in 7 months
I won some class/personal training from you! How long do I have to use it?
If you won either classes or personal training from us you have up to three months to start using it. We want to see you getting started right away! After three months, the offer is considered to be expired - so make sure you act quickly! Please note that if you have purchased some classes or personal training through an auction, that is different and the voucher will have an expiry date on it.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a class, please do so 12 hours or more before the class start time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start time you will be charged for the class. Class cancellations are made online.
If you need to cancel a personal training session, please do so 24 hours or more before the session start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the session, you will be charged for the session. Please contact your personal trainer directly if you need to make a cancellation.
Do you have shower facilities at the studio?
Yes, we do! We have one private shower and we supply bath towels, hand towels, shampoo and body wash.
Is Inspira Athletica wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, our studio is located on the upper floor of a building and is not accessible.
Where can I park ?
Street parking is available on neighbouring streets and there is a municipal Green P lot at the rear of the building.
No personal information is shared with a third party. With permission, we occasionally film or take photographs which we use for promotional purposes.
We do not offer refunds but may consider transfers of outstanding sessions to family or friends .
